Last updated: July 14, 2026
Welcome to WeeMeet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeeMeet mobile application and website at weemeet.app (together, the "Service"), operated by WeeMeet ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use WeeMeet. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
WeeMeet is available on iOS and Android. We may add, change, or remove features and functionality from the Service from time to time.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@weemeet.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may sign in using Google Sign-In. By doing so, you authorize us to access the basic profile information from your Google account as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable Use
When using WeeMeet, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
When you create meetings, mark availability, or otherwise submit information through WeeMeet ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a license to use, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your availability to other meeting participants).
You're responsible for the User Content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Third-Party Services
WeeMeet relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase and Amazon Web Services, to operate. Your use of WeeMeet may also be subject to the terms of those providers where applicable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will WeeMeet, its officers, employees, contractors, or agents (collectively, the "WeeMeet Parties") be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the WeeMeet Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the WeeMeet Parties' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to WeeMeet, if any, for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, the WeeMeet Parties' liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the WeeMeet Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Termination
You may stop using WeeMeet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 will survive any termination of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
